Rainchecks, No shows and Cancellations

Paganica Golf is not obligated to refund or issue rain checks at any point after the round begins and the golfer understands that at any point during the round the weather can change and affect play. Each golfer assumes the risk of playing golf.

No Shows & Cancellations

Golfers who make repeat no show tee times may be refused service if multiple tee times have been made and the golfer has not show up for their reserved tee time.

Prepaid tee times that is a no call no shows to is ineligible to receive a refund due to the course being unable to resale and rebook that time. The course reserves the right to not issue a raincheck either.

Any prepaid tee times must be cancelled within 4 hours of the reservation in order to receive a refund. Any tee times cancelled under
4 hour window is the decision of Paganica to decide on a refund.

Rain Check Eligibility

Course Closure

If the golf course is officially closed by management due to inclement weather (e.g., lightning, flooding).

Significant Delay or Disruption

If a player is forced to leave the course due to weather after playing fewer than 9 holes.

Lightning in the Area

If the club house spots lightning in the area and signals the horn for golfers to return to the club house. If after 20 minutes the storm has not shown signs of relief based on the weather radar than a rain check will be issued.

Not Eligible for Rain Check

Light or Passing Rain
Light or a small passing rain cell does not constitute a rain check.

Players Choice
The player chooses to discontinue due to discomfort with weather
conditions when the course remains open.

Frost Delays or Weather-Related Slow Starts
If the course is delayed to begin the first tee time of the day, the course is not responsible for issuing a rain check due to the time of the round being affected.

Players Equipment Failure
If a customer has a broken club or clubs during the round it is not the responsibility of Paganica to issue a rain check. The customer is unfortunately responsible for the condition and maintenance of their equipment and it does not constitute a rain check. Paganica will always be happy to help with providing rental or temporary replacement clubs if available.

Pace of Play
Rain checks are not issued due to the pace of play not meeting a players speed.
Golf is for everyone and everyone plays at different speeds and different handicaps.
We understand you may want to play a fast round but there are other golfers on the course that have just a right to be there as you do. If the golf course determines that slow play truly is an issue due to Paganica fault than a rain check may be issued at the managers discretion.

Group Golfer & Discount Coupon play
Golfers that utilize the Groupgolfer vouchers, or Golfnow Hot Deals are not eligible for any refund or reimbursement of any raincheck or value after it has been redeemed.

Golf Now Hot Deals may be refunded at the discretion of Golf Now and not the golf course. The golfer that booked is responsible for contacting Golfnow.

Starting on the incorrect hole for the day
If a group scheduled to play 18 holes begins their round on the wrong nine—contrary to the starting instructions provided by the pro shop or posted signage—the pro shop will make every reasonable effort to allow the group to complete all 18 holes.
However, due to course flow or tee time availability, players may be required to play the same nine holes twice to complete their round. If the group refuses to do so, a rain check will be issued for the difference in value between 18-hole and 9-hole green fees, not a full-value 9-hole round.
For example:

18-hole rate (weekend): $53
9-hole rate: $35
Rain check value issued: $18
This rain check can be applied toward a future round but does not equate to a full 9-hole green fee.
Note: Paganica Golf is not responsible for missed instructions or failure to read posted signage. It is the golfer’s responsibility to follow starting directions provided by pro shop staff or course signs.

Rain Check Values

Rain check values are prorated based on the number of holes played:
Rain checks are issued based on the amount of holes played and when returning a credit is applied to future rounds.

Rain checks will only be issued at 100% if they are not pass the 3rd tee box before course has to close due to its rain check policy.
9 hole rounds:
After 7 holes a rain check is not eligible.

18 hole rounds:
After 14 holes a rain check is not eligible.
