Q: What is your courses dress code?
A: Dress code for the course is sleeved shirts, no cut off tank tops.
No basketball shorts or jeans allowed while golfing.
Q: How far in advance can you make a tee time?
A: Tee Times can be made 30 days in advance of your date. For groups of more than 20 please call the club house to help assist you with your booking. Members can book tee times 45 days in advance
Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic: Tee times may be adjusted/delayed up to 15 minutes to adjust to social distancing guidelines. Your group will not be compensated anything due to the club house delaying a tee time. It will not happen often but you will be notified during check-in.
Q: We are playing as a two-some, can we not be paired ?
No. We will pair you up with another two golfers if they would like to golf at that available tee time. If you would like to golf with no other golfers. You may pay for the additional two tee times at full price if you would like to golf by yourself.
Q: Can we golf in a “five-some”?
A: No, you may not golf in a group of five golfers. You must book two tee times and will be possibly paired with other golfers to make your tee time full based on availability of the tee sheet.
Q: Do you offer refunds for products in your pro shop?
A: We do not offer refunds on used products. Once the tag is removed from the item or the item is used, it is no longer eligible for return. If the product has noticeable defect or flaws with it, we will exchange it for another product of the same value.
Q: We booked on Golf Now and our card was charged but did not get a confirmation e-mail, do we have a tee time?
A: No, your tee time will only be confirmed when you receive an e-mail. Your card will be not be charged and that fee is temporary and will be reversed. Please call the club house to reserve your tee time.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require at least a 24 hours notice for cancelling a round with out reason. Within the 24 hour window before you tee time cancellations are up to the discretion of the club house. If you fail
Q: What is your policy for getting and redeeming a rain check?
A: We can offer a rain check if you would like for the holes not played. If you play 18 holes with cart, you are not eligible for a rain check. If golfers play 10 holes with cart you are eligible for 9 holes and a cart.
Reason’s for Rain checks.
1 ) Inclement weather suddenly approaching mid round.
2) Emergency on the course.
The rain check is up to the discretion of the club house.
To redeem a rain check, Contact the club house to reserve a tee time with out having to book on Golf Now. If you have 9 holes with or without a cart and would like to play 18 holes. You must pay 9 holes at the full price to play a full 18. No discount or difference will be applied to the green fee.
Example: Golfer A comes in to course plays 9 holes with cart and it rains causing course closure. Golfer A is issued 9 holes with cart rain check to play remaining 9 holes. Golfer A returns at a later date to play 18 holes with cart. They have already paid for 9 holes from the previous round and must pay an additional 9 holes. This golfer will have paid for a total of 27 holes at the correct rate.
